The Bloomington Old-Time Music & Dance Group is run by a Board of Coordinators who are elected each year at the annual member meeting in January (usually before one of the Wednesday dances). Board terms start on February 1st and run through January 31 of the following year. Each person has particular duties, but all work in cooperation to keep the group running smoothly.
