Community Care and Accountability

Our Safe Space Policy outlines expectations for attendees at all BOTMDG events.

If you have feedback about your experience at a BOTMDG event, we encourage you to share it through our Feedback Form. Your input helps us uphold our values and improve our events.

All concerns are taken seriously following our Complaint Procedures, which the Board approved in October 2025. These procedures are currently in a 6-month trial period as we work toward adopting a final version.
